All applications for the use of the Hall must be made by submitting via Hallmaster or our booking form on this website and are subject to Oxton Village Halls Conditions of Hire and Consumption
of Alcohol
Minimum length of hire is 2 hours.
Setting up and clearing down time must be included in the time booked
Use of the crockery and cutlery is included in the hire charges for the kitchen
A security bond may be required.
All hire charges become due and payable on issue of the Invoice
